I stayed in this descent but budget hotel in London for the weekend. The hotel is next to the North Action station on the Central line which makes travel to London or Air Port very convenient. The hotel is slightly old, but clean and very welcoming. The reception staff were very friendly and check- in and out was easy and quick. We could leave our baggage in the hotel when travelling to London. The rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but adequate for two people. There is coffee and tea making facility in the room. The bathroom is clean with shower and consumables. The breakfast was much better than expected, good cooked food, bread and excellent coffee and tea. They also had cereals and fruits and everything one can expect from high standard hotels. The staff members were very friendly and helpful which made the stay enjoyable. I will want to stay here in my next visit to London.

I’ve been staying at this holiday inn for a couple of days a week for the past few months. First and foremost the staff are amazing. I’ve gotten to know a few of them and they are genuinely good and friendly people. Any requests are greeted with a smile. The tube station next door is a gift. But not too close for noise. The breakfast is great and very rarely too busy. The only thing if I’m honest is the bacon. I live for bacon and I think they should change it. It’s cooked perfectly but I’m not a fan of the taste. Other than that all great food. The rooms are perfect and cleaned professionally everyday. All in all a great hotel and I’ll be staying on in it for the foreseeable future.

This is a great hotel. The hotel is modern and comfortable with fantastic staff. We come here regularly for trips to London and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The hotel is next door to the tube station and you can be in central London within 20 minutes, it’s on the central line. There is parking at the hotel but spaces are limited and the cost is £20 per day. The cleanliness and housekeeping is second to none, the rooms always smell fresh and clean and are serviced each day of your stay. There is a costa coffee opposite and a Tesco and Sainsbury’s near by. There is plenty of choice for breakfast from cereals to hot food all included in your price. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel with buses to White City, Chiswick, Brent Cross and Wembley. The best thing about this place is the staff. They’re so attentive and genuine.

One of the best features of the hotel is its location. Proximity to the station was very convenient as we were a family of six with children of various age range. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. We arrived before check in time but were able to store our luggage at the hotel, so we dropped it and went to explore the city. Room was clean and basic which is what we signed up for as we basically used it for sleeping. My only comment would be on breakfast options which could have been a tad more varied but overall it was great and I would choose it again without hesitation

Great stay at this hotel, excellent complimentary breakfast. Location isn’t central London however you can be in central London within 20 mins and the underground is next to the hotel so it’s incredibly convenient. Lovely staff too especially June who was the breakfast waitress, she is a ray of sunshine and definitely brightened up breakfast time, making sure everyone was happy and she gave the best cuddles, she is an asset to the hotel and others in hospitality should take a leaf out of her book, she is a knockout and we won’t forget her.
